Comprehensively trained for each service offered at the wellness centre, our beauty therapists and somatologists are also offered career-advancing training that will better equip and prepare them for when they wish to venture out to open their own businesses. At Esteem we understand and see the employment plight that is evident amongst women and in the Eastern Cape at large. Therefore we encourage our staff to participate in the upskill workshops we provide so that they too can become the best version of themselves.

At Esteem Aesthetics we are conscious of the economic and employment climate that is prevalent in the Eastern Cape and in our community more so among black women and the youth. It is therefore our mission to help uplift our community by providing professionalized business start-up services to aspiring beauty and wellness entrepreneurs. With that in mind, Esteem Aesthetics developed a business model that would help aspiring beauty and wellness entrepreneurs start their own small businesses. Our model trains and sources high-quality equipment for our clients and guides them through the process of starting their own beauty and wellness centres. The model caters to various-size start-ups and each start-up category has customized equipment, training, and earning potential.

20-hour comprehensive training course that comes with a full kit that trainees can use after the course to start their business.

2 weeks of comprehensive practical training that provides trainees with extensive knowledge and skills in Cavitation | Laser Lipo | Radio Frequency | Body Wraps | Vacuum Therapy | Laser hair removal.
